I was pleasantly surprised, this novel was exactly something I was looking for and it's good too! Rangativurk's demeanor is just so funny to me I can't help but want to tease him a little. One thing I do hope is revealed in later chapters is how powerful a single Champion class adventurer is (Unless you mean to tell me Guildmaster Arxel is one I wouldn't doubt that). I'd imagine it doesn't compare to Rang's prime, but it'd be a fun comparison nonetheless. Also this line here had me dying laughing I had to share: [SPOILERS]

Im at the part where you question Zalthorion after retrieving the orb; I could swear managed to "pass" the encounter successfully when I played before the update came out, with Ranga saying something along the lines of me doing well. But I forgot to save like an idiot and now that I'm redoing it, I can't figure out what the right string of questions to ask was (even after mapping out each combination with pen and paper). What's the right combination of questions? Is there even one of do they all fail regardless? Am I going crazy?
You're on the right train of thought to see that the options are not particularly fruitful.
I think that your reference to Ran complimenting you for "doing well" is a line when you first talk with Zalthorion, not this second encounter.
I will vaguely answer this to make you feel a bit better though - Rangativurk is also seeing how the Guildmaster is answering as you question, so do what feels reasonable in the situation. :)
If you are on Windows, first open the file labelled 'Sanctuary-1.2.1-full-win'. Then open said file again, from there, you'd be able to see a program labelled 'Sanctuary' (the one with Rangativurk's icon). After locating it, you'd be able to open that program to run the game.
If it is still in zip file form, left click the file to then find the text labelled 'Extract All'. Click on that text to start the extraction.
One minor annoying thing is that there are a few, not many, diaglogs that don't wait for a mouse/key input to move to the next, they appear and just jump onto the next, forcing me to go to the history to be able to read what it was said.
You can disable the interruptions in advanced preferences!
We implemented the interruption effect because our design expected viewers to focus often on the line (hence why we've also added pauses to stimulate natural speech patterns).
My issue is the lack of the pause in some dialogs, not the other way around, I'm happy for the pauses as I like to read it out loud and create voices for each character, my issue is with some of them only being on screen for 1 maybe 2 seconds before they auto jump to the next. If you need examples I can replay the game and get you examples of what I mean.
Ah yes, I will fix that in the next patch (clicking is supposed to just do nothing). For non-mobile versions, hovering on the text should still give you the info.

I get that you feel terrible and awful, and I do appreciate this. However, grooming minors is a very easy thing to not do in the first place. It's like commiting r*pe. You can control your actions and not hurt anybody in the process.
Anyways, I wish you luck with your project, and be sure not to do that shit again ✌️

I was finally able to start readin... and let me tell you, have you ever eat a food that you never eaten before and the taste turns out to be the most delightful and amazing you ever had? That was my experience. The writing is amazing, the art is fantastic and it feels fresh, from the very start.
Rangativurk (a difficult but really pretty name, I must add) is very different from the other main characters I've seen, and I must say, he has the sharpest way to call the mc dumb without losing decorum, it's facinating.

and I must say, the moment we got to see Rangativurk appear, as of thin air, I immediately think: wait, was he Isekaied? I must say, I did not believed I was right. Quite surprising.

So far so good. The starting point is decent. The prideful personality of the wolf is achieved. However, the magic system can be further defined or at least that's what I think. I'm looking forward to reading the upcoming chapters!
On the technical stuff, since I use an android, I did not encounter any problems so far.
It is very rare, but we got poor reviews thinking that the lexicon is an inadequate way to convey info even when it is optional read, and that is not very rewarding.
Unfortunately, tangentially related things like towns or the armies probably won't be mentioned in the plot until needed.
Can't wait for the following updates to this novel. Good and effective background music that is paired with great imagery, story AND characters. Couldn't ask for me 🫠

I feel people forgot self insert protagonists are a thing after all the recent vns with defined protagonists.. I liked the vn btw, wolf is a bit of an ass but i'm sure we can fix him lol. Just a bit off putting at the start
Not sure where the story is going exactly. The power systems are not very clearly defined so i can just assume realm magic is probably world pinnacle stuff.. Which would imply they need to adventure until they both (or at least the wolf) get strong or rich enough to negotiate with the world's best mage.
It's like something in the middle of the story is missing.. they're just gonna do random jobs? Will the mc train or is he just gonna carry the wolf's bags and look pretty?
Will see next chapter maybe. Just trying to put my thoughts out loud. You don't have to answer any of these to me here btw, i'm not looking for spoilers, I can wait for the new chapters to read it, gl!

In preferences - text speed, slide it all the way to the left such that it says instantaneous.
Admittedly, sliding toward the slower side wasn't very nice of a design, we can possibly address this in another patch.

This is actually a necessary implementation for me because I read books/VNs in a narrative voice😅
